Drug Truth Network

Drug Reform And The Broadcast Media

The Drug Truth Network is a media production organization dedicated to exposing the fraud, misdirection and wastefulness of the 'war on drugs.' From the studios of KPTF-Pacifica radio in Houston, TX comes this tremendously powerful resource: the Drug Truth Network.

Subscribe to the Drug Truth Network's Cultural Baggage and the Century of Lies podcasts as well as weekly Drug War Facts! Just point your podcast software to these URLs:

Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 11:30am each week, listeners find fresh and compelling content on the Drug Truth Network's Century of Lies and Cultural Baggage shows. From the 'Name That Drug By Its Side Effects' quiz, to the 'Poppygate' report, to the 'Drug War Hero Or Coward' award, to interviews with special guests, to "Drug Truth Minutes" prepared by CSDP's own Director of Research, Doug McVay, there is always something new and interesting. An archive of recent programs in several formats is available through the website. In addition, there is an archive of earlier material available, also in multiple formats.
Seven days a week, DTN produces and distributes 4:20 Drug War News, a three-minute report of current news about the drug war. 4:20 reports range from interviews with medical marijuana patients to the latest pronouncements of the 'drug czar' and beyond. An archive of 4:20 news segments in MP3 format is available on their website.

The Drug Truth Network is currently heard on 69 radio stations in the US and Canada. A list of affiliates is available here.
Century
of Lies logo Cultural Baggage can be heard live on the air or via the web from Pacifica station KPFT-FM, Houston, TX Tuesdays at 11:30am Central. Also check out "Century of Lies," another DrugTruth production designed to drive home the point that prohibition is a failure, which airs at 11:30am Central on Wednesdays.
